Frequently asked.

Does DustLode cost anything?

Playing is free. The shop offers star shards, the season almanac, premium subscriptions, saddles and looks.

Do I have to install anything?

No, the game runs right in your browser – landscape works best on phones. You can also add it to your home screen or get the Windows or Android app.

Can I play with friends?

Yes. You meet other players live in Fort Calder and the regions, and you can raid dungeons with up to three friends. Plus guilds, chat, leaderboard and the sheriff election.

Is my progress saved?

Yes. Without an account on your device; with a secured account (email, Discord, Google) in the cloud, so you can continue on any device.

Is the game in English?

Yes. It starts in English unless your browser is set to German, and you can switch any time under Settings → Language.

How do I cancel a subscription?

In game: Shop → Premium → “Cancel subscription”. Benefits stay until the end of the paid month.
